Back to the hospital. And we thought we were done with this place. On the way to the lab draw station this am, Mommy almost passed out in a wheelchair in the front lobby. Luckily, a friend and RN from the ER just happened to walk by at that moment and raced us to a room in the ER. Lots and lots of excitement later and one very worried daddy, we ended up being re-admitted to the Childbirth Center with a MagSulf IV drip (I'll spare you the very nasty details). We've hypothesized that the hormonal surge accompanying my breast milk coming in brought back the pregnancy induced hypertension. Ally slept peacefully in the carseat through the whole ordeal, while Daddy tried to shield her from hospital germs. Ally also endured what would be her second of three blood draws testing for jaundice levels.
